Collect of medical, medicosocial, economic, neuropsychological,biological and imaging information in young patients consulting at CNR-MAJ, with follow-up every 6 months until death. If specific consent has been granted, an autopsy for neuropathological confirmation of the diagnosis will be performed.
Primary objective
- To determine the diagnostic and medicosocial pathways followed by young patients suffering from
early onset dementia
Secondary objectives
- To evaluate factors associated with diagnostic delay
- To constitute clinical, imaging and biological resources for this dementia occuring in young subjects.

Objectives of the registry in terms of public health (surveillance, evaluation)
- Produce local statistics for institutions, particularly decision-makers,
researchers, associations and the general public, for describing the trends over time of the incidence
of cancers and their geographical distribution - with a view to planning and monitoring the efficacy of treatment
(prevalence, survival), for the investigation of clusters.
- Participate in producing national, regional (Francim) and international (IARC) statistics on
cancer: incidence, prevalence and survival.
- Evaluate the impact of public health measures (organized screening programs, regional
health programs).

Objectives of the registry in terms of research
- Evaluate medical practices and patient treatment through specific studies
conducted from exhaustive and non-biased data produced by the registry (high-
resolution studies).
- Develop etiological studies, particularly on professional and
environmental determining factors of cancer.
- Develop studies on the socioeconomic and clinical determining factors of the treatment
and survival of cancer patients.

Identify and quantify the impact of medication consumption on road traffic accidents risk.

Public health objectives
- Provide a tool for monitoring road morbidity in France and its progression according to the
major components of this morbidity (categories of users, age, gender, etc.)
- Provide a tool for evaluating prevention measures by finding out what their impact is on the distribution of lesion presentations - particularly of the most serious injuries (whether this concern
how life-threatening they are or the sequelae prognosis),
- Provide a tool for evaluating treatments of victims of
road traffic accidents (network, care stream and follow-up organization),
- Help to evaluate the ""epidemiological"" quality (exhaustiveness and representativeness) of other reference information systems - particularly in terms of mortality (ONISR, Inserm-CépiDc),
- Raise awareness of the road traffic accidents as a public health stake (especially in terms of disability).
Research objectives
- Improve the definition and knowledge of the most at-risk groups, both in terms of
categories of users (pedestrians, cyclists, motorbike and moped users) and age (children,
the elderly) and gender (men),
- Improve the definition and knowledge of seriously injured victims, above all in terms of the
sequelae prognosis and fate,
- Improve knowledge of the causes (lesional) of morbidity and road mortality, and the associated lesional mechanisms,
- Obtain a reference population for coordinating a series of additional research projects,
as well as meeting an institutional, economic
(road builders, insurance) or social (prevention associations) demand,
- Put together a French reference (both in terms of data and methodological approaches)
for the purpose of European and/or international partnerships in research
on road traffic accidents.
