The main objectives are: - To identify socio-economic (employment status, age, marital status, standard of living), psychological (PTG, anxiety, depression, coping) and clinical (stage, type of cancer treatment) determinants for changes in quality of life related to long- and short-term health and subjective well-being for people treated for cancer. - To determine if subjective well-being complements quality of life health assessment for cancer and post-cancer experience - To understand how subjectively perceived changes (posttraumatic growth) contribute to adaptation to the disease and its treatment and how they contribute to post-cancer experience. Issues regarding maintaining and returning to work will be investigated.

To evaluate the biological profile of patients with skin Henoch-Schönlein purpura according to the presence or absence of renal impairment. To identify specific genetic susceptibility and biomarkers that can predict poor renal impairment prognosis at 1 year.

To show that an increase in eNO, a biomarker of airway inflammation, is a risk factor expected from passage of recurrent wheezing in infancy towards childhood asthma at pre-school age (age 4 to 7 years old). Secondary objectives: - To assemble an international cohort of patients selected from homogeneous criteria established by a panel of experts. - To allow a homogeneous collection of retrospective and prospective data on childhood BD in real-time thanks to the creation of an on-line database. - To support genetic studies and conduct a parallel collection of DNA.

General objective: to measure the impact of prevention assessments and subsequent recommendations from a medical, psychological, and social perspective on health and quality of life (carried out in AGIRC-ARRCO Prevention Centres). Secondary objectives: Objectives are two-fold: - in-depth study: 1 - to improve the sharing of knowledge between different assessment specialists through computerised questionnaires; 2 - to implement a specific evaluation to identify predictive frailty factors in a sub-group of 75 years and over. - board study 1 - to evaluate participating volunteers' interest and need for new technologies to ensure quality of life at home; 2 - to welcome external research projects from other structures.
