This survey's objectives are to:
- find out the main health condition indicators, medical practices
during pregnancy and delivery and perinatal risk factors; it will
thus be possible to monitor their trends from previous national surveys
(1995, 1998 and 2003);
- provide a national sample with which it is possible to compare
département or regional data from other sources;
- provide information for guiding public health decisions and evaluate
health actions in the perinatal field.

The main objective is to evaluate the rate of secondary metastases resection at 12 months in real-life conditions of use in patients with colorectal cancer treated by Cetuximab® first line metastatic.

- to identify predictive factors of response to bariatric surgery in order to improve treatment - to identify long-term complications of bariatric surgery.

General objective: To initiate a collection of informative families with at least one member with prostate cancer and apparently health subjects. Secondary objectives: - To identify genes for predisposition and susceptibility to prostate cancer - To identify genetic markers associated with recurrence after treatment - To develop a genetic screening test for these pathologies
