The main objective of the Continuous Survey on Home and Leisure injuries is to provide descriptive, detailed, accurate and current results on the number and characteristics of home and leisure accidents (HLA) occurring in France and involving the use of emergency hospital care, including the product(s) implicated in the accident, the location of the accident, the activity when the accident occurred and the accident mechanism.
Initially implemented in 1986 as part of a European framework under the name EHLASS (European home and leisure accident surveillance system), the French section of the European IDB (Injury Data Base) surveillance network was formed in recent years.

Four objectives:
1) Thorough knowledge of the epidemiological characteristics of hereditary haemorrhagic diseases ;
2) To monitor the health of this population;
3) To know the risk factors of inhibitor's development (treatment side effect) and their therapeutic managment;
4) To assess the impact of preventive treatment and contribute to improving the quality of healthcare.

To improve national epidemiological monitoring of mesothelioma.

General objective: to identify retired workers that were exposed to carcinogens throughout their professional life; to inform them of their right to post-occupational medical monitoring and to support them throughout their efforts.
Secondary objective: to conduct an epidemiological (cohort) study to describe the long-term health effects of the considered exposures, and to assess the benefits of post-occupational monitoring in terms of health and social awareness.
