Côte d'Or registry of hematological malignancies

September 24 2015

Objectives of the registry in terms of public health (surveillance, evaluation):
1) listing of all cases of hematological malignancies occurring in a well-defined population so as to
provide the health and social authorities with precise data regarding the incidence, breakdown
per gender, age range, geographical zone and socioprofessional category of these
diseases;
2) recording of data on these cases makes it possible to evaluate different characteristics such as
the stage of diagnosis, elements of the diagnosis and cancer staging report, therapy
and survival;
3) a role to alert the public authorities in the rapid rise in incidence of certain pathologies and
in the identification of the cause of this rise;
4) a role in improving the quality of data on hematological malignancies in the
general cancer registries.
- Objectives of the registry in terms of research;
1) in etiological epidemiology with the detection of environmental,
personal and family risk factors of hematological malignancies;
2) in molecular epidemiology with the development of genetic or epigenetic research,
3) in pharmacological epidemiology with the development of therapies, their setting up, access to
new therapies and their effect at population level on patient survival, the quality
of this survival and the distant consequences of their use;
4) setup of tumor tissue collection

Prospective Cohort Study of Late Pulmonary Complications in Patients Who Received Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cells Transplantation: Estimation of Incidence and Identification of Distinct Nosologic Entities

April 09 2015

General objective - To estimate the incidence of LONIPC: Late-onset non-infectious pulmonary complications - To characterise clinical and radiological aspects as well as initial and progressive respiratory function - To investigate factors leading to occurrence Secondary objective: - To estimate the incidence of LONIPC in HSCT (hematopoietic stem cell transplantation) on an unselected prospective cohort to allow a multi-centric prospective prognostic cohort study with satisfactory statistical power

Annual Survey on Income and Living Conditions Statistics

April 09 2015

The "Statistiques sur les ressources et conditions de vie" (SRCV) instrument is the French part of the The European Union Statistics on Income and Living Conditions system (EU-SILC). The EU-SILC statistical system aims to produce structural indicators of income dispersal, poverty and exclusion comparable with other countries in the European Union. It is part of the Community action programme to combat social exclusion and provide statistical material in a European Commission annual summary report on these issues. It also aims to provide researchers with a micro-database on income and living conditions, so that they may carry out comparative studies on inequality and the role of social and fiscal policies regarding redistribution. European regulation establishes a common framework for the systematic production of Community statistics on income and living conditions, including cross-sectional and longitudinal data. This regulatory network's main objective is to establish comparable statistics between Member States, including reports on the quality of data and structural indicators established each year. The regulatory network organises the target "primary" areas each year (database, income, social exclusion, work, housing, education, health) and "secondary" areas in ad-hoc fields (material deprivation, debt, financial situation of households), which have been defined at the Commission initiative since 2005.

National road traffic injury accidents record: analysis report

April 09 2015

To know, in an exhaustive way, road traffic accidents with at least a lightly injured person, to realize studies allowing to define and evaluate road safety policies. Especially to measure the frequency of accidents from situation to situation and, whenever possible, to take into account the exposition to risk. Measure the involvement of the road, the vehicle, the user, the behaviors, the speed, the alcohol... Realize chronological series. Develop research orientation from this file (for example: medical/road accidents research, matching with CNAM data)
