Additional information regarding sample selection. For each department, collect aims the completeness of the health certificates. Failing that, it concerns a randomly selected sample by the PMI services (Mother and Child Health), based on a minimum survey rate of 10%, the size of the sample cannot be inferior to 1000 units for each of the three types of health certificates.
Database objective
Main objective Provide individual follow-up: identification by a medical team of families eligibles for a personalized help on medico-social criteria. Produce epidemiological data and indicators (prematurity, growth retardation, transfer, vaccination coverage, number of consultations during pregnancy, fertilization age, caesarean section rate...)

Data collection method The medical record is filled by health professionals at the maternity (for the CS8). Cs9 and cs24 data comes from doctors offices or pmi centers. Departmental data is then merged, balanced and corrected, to be representative of the structure by the sex of the children, the age of the mother and the distribution by department.
