Little information is available on care patterns of psoriasis patients before their first consultation for psoriasis. A feeling often transmitted id that patients "wander" before their first consultation for psoriasis.
The objective of this study is to gather and analyze data on care patterns for patients affected by psoriasis before a first consultation for psoriasis in dermatology.

The primary objective of this cohort study is to establish the incidence of orthopaedic complications (scoliosis and hip joint) depending on patients’ age. The secondary objectives are to describe the sequences over time of these complications and the related pain, to explore the impact of nutrition, surgery, asymmetric postures and environmental factors, and to describe the medical and rehabilitative follow-up of these patients.

The objectives of the Sentinel Network, defined at its launching, were the following:
- Monitoring, year after year, perinatal health indicators (indicators of recruitment, practice and results) by combining data from maternity wards participating in the network:
- Providing maternity wards with a tool to evaluate their practices and results, comparing the results of the analysis realized with their own records with the Sentinel network records;
- Launching multicenter studies, at one of the network members' request.
