General objective: The general objective is to evaluate the impact of three intervention strategies, to develop individual skills, to identify and support those at risk, to create a favourable environment, alone or by association, regarding awareness, attitudes and behaviour of adolescents towards food and physical activity and to measure corpulence using anthropometric markers. Secondary objectives: - To assess the feasibility of implementing each strategy in secondary schools; - To analyse the psychological and sociological factors involved in adherence and the success or failure of the implemented actions.

To develop a therapeutic method in the European context, especially in France, that is effective in the field of adolescent addiction; to develop psychotherapy evaluation methods.

Cross sectional analysis:
1) associations between baroreflex sensitivity and cardiac rhythm
2) determinants of the carotid stiffness and rigidity parameters as measured by echotracking.
Longitudinal analysis :

Describe the markers and risk factors associated with cardiac insufficiency in patients aged over 70 years followed in ambulatory mode. Assess the cognitive functions using Memory Impairment Score and assess the Senni prognostic index.
