CNRS invites you to "Les Fondamentales", its forum dedicated to sciences, at the Sorbonne University in Paris, from the 14th to the 16th of November 2013, which will gather more than one hundred of researchers.

"What remains to be discovered?"

This question triggers the curiosity of researchers, will be the guideline of these meetings, attended by the most important personalities of French research. Two days of simultaneous and continuous exchange in several rooms, open to everyone, are proposed to the public.

The directorate general of care provision (DGOS) and the French National Authority for Health release a press kit entitled "Quality and safety of medical care in health institutions : annual results of the indicators and opening of the public information website".

Each year, November is the month of public diffusion of annual results of various indicators : in 2013, 7 indicators of the nosocomial infections board and 15 indicators of quality and safety of mediacal care have been published. This annual publication is competing in the national program for patient safety (PNSP) integrated to the national strategy for health.

The Institut des Données de Santé (Institute on Health Data) has put online its 2013 report to the Parliament, as well as the reports of the previous years, the white paper of its committee of experts "7 proposals in the service of research", aind the first cartography of health databases.

The scientific day for cohorts Constances and Gazel will take place at FIAP, Paris on Tuesday 18 March 2014. It will also be their anniversaries : Constances wil turn 1 and Gazel 25.
