Database objective
Main objective To study long-term development and pregnancy outcomes for patients treated for thyroid cancer. Secondary objective: - To estimate the connection between 131 iode activity received during thyroid cancer treatment and the risk of cancer or secondary leukaemia; - to determine the role of dose rate in radiation-induced cancer risk.
Inclusion criteria Individuals that received treatment for thyroid cancer between 1950 and 2000 in one of the centres participating in the study.
