Additional information regarding sample selection. The call for participation will be done through the magazines of each mutual insurance company. The households will be then randomly selected and to all the members of an household will be proposed to join the study. The volunteers will act as referent members of their household. They will have an internet access, in order to connect to the Observatoire MAVIE website.

Elderly without possibilities to connect to the internet, will have two other possible access:
- Referent members of the households have the possibility to register elderly and relatives
- Home assistance or health accommodation center professionals could act as referents. In this way elderly could non necessarily be insured.

Main objective Determine the extent of everyday life accidents in France.
Identify factors associated with the occurrence and the gravity of these accidents.
Propose priority and innovative intervention programs.

Inclusion criteria Household members by one of the three mutual insurance companies MAAF, MAIF and MACIF, with an access internet

Data collection method Data are collected first of all during registration (household composition). Then, the inclusion questionnaire will allow to have sociodemographic, environmental and health information. During the volunteers follow-up, the referent will receive a mail every three months. In the event of an accident to one of the registered household members, the referent will be invited to give information about characteristics and circumstances of the accident via the website. It will be also possible to declare the accident through the website of the study.
