InVS (Institut de Veille Sanitaire) released its 2013 Annual Report. Each year, InVS continues its commitment to public health in France. 2013 has been dense for the Institute, both in terms of health warnings and production of monitoring indicators, to modernize its surveillance systems and evolution of the organization.

Formerly deputy CEO, Michael Matlosz was named president and CEO of the National Research Agency (ANR). He takes over from Pascale Briand, who served as executive director of the agency since January 2012.

INRS (National Institute for Research and Security) is organizing a seminar on "New Challenges for prevention" on 27 and 28 November 2014 in Paris.

The objective of this conference is to provide an update on these devices as well as on recent studies and actions in this detection logic. Taking advantage of the launch of the Occupational Health Plan III, the question of support tools for business will also be discussed.
