Database objective
Main objective To investigate the impact of transdermal oestrogens and other menopause treatments on the risk of recurrent venous thrombosis.
Inclusion criteria Menopausal women aged between 45 and 70 years old attending Hôtel-Dieu Hospital for the first documented instance of a venous thrombotic event (Doppler ultrasound, angiography scan, angiogram etc.) and/or thrombophilia (factor V Leiden, 20210a mutation, ATIII deficiency, PC, PS).
