Database objective
Main objective i-Share aims to study the health status and determinants of diseases among students by establishing a prospective cohort at the Universities of Bordeaux and Versailles with a follow up of at least 10 years.
Specifically, we propose:
- to assess the frequency and impact of common diseases in young adults, specifically in 4 domains : migraine, infectious deseases (HPV and Chlamydiae), mental health and high risk behavior
- to test specific hypotheses
- to study the long-term impact of certain mechanisms
- to develop a rich data resource.

Data collection method Data will be collected with self-questionnaires filled directly on the website and face-to-face clinical visits.
Participant monitoring Yes
Details on monitoring of participants At least 10 years.Follow-up will be realised with a standardised inclusion questionnaire and annual following questionnaires, a visit will proposed with a clinal exam (anthropometics measures, visual and hearing tests...) and vaccination data.Additional questionnaires will be proposed about specificals domains (depression, personnality,...) during follow-up. Some specifics groups will be requested to provide more specific information in additional questionnaires (like migraine for example).Ancillary studies, with specifis protocols, will also be conducted among specific subgroups of students (infectious deseases like HPV, anxiety and depression, nutrition and physical activity...). These studies will be object of amendments.
