Evaluate hearing screening for newborns born in the Ile-de-France region

To assess whether conducting urine-based toxicity screening tests in the general practitioner's surgery improves treatment for drug-substituted patients.

General objective: To investigate prognostic hepatic factors in A1AT deficient children. Investigation of factors associated with onset of complications: portal hypertension and its complications, severe liver failure, liver transplantation, abnormalities during respiratory function exploration. Secondary objectives: - To organise an active homogenised cohort follow-up. - To ensure that new cases are recorded. - To create a reference network in order to homogenise treatment.

General objectives:
- To investigate the medium-term health effects from the explosion at the AZF plant that occurred in September 2001 in the population of workers;
- To test access procedures for medical-administrative data (ERASMUS) for monitoring large prospective cohorts.
