Concerned neurodegenerative diseases are Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, Parkinson's disease and related diseases, prion diseases, motor neuron disease, Huntington's disease, cerebro-spinal ataxia and spinal muscular atrophy. Submitted projects must demonstrate added value of transnational cooperation and will include three to eight research teams from at least 3 countries participating in the PAA (list on the website of the ANR). Funding will be awarded for a period of three years. The ANR will fund only the French partners of the selected projects.
