| Additional information regarding sample selection. | Sample formed using a two-stage probability sample design. 3,032 dwellings were randomly selected at level 1 after stratification by age, gender, residence area, municipality size, and type of habitat. 2,442 individuals were selected at level 2 according to the Kish method. 2,442 index persons were interviewed at home (2,106 adults aged 15 or over; 336 children under 15); 2,221 households and location-specific individuals. |

Questionnaire supplemented by geographical, climate and location-specific data from Météo France and CIRAD in 2012. |
