| Additional information regarding sample selection. | 1000 dermatologists were asked to participate in this study. The names of the dermatologists were randomly chosen from the Rosenwald's list of dermatologists working in office. This study is anonymous, voluntary, for dermatologists as well as for patients. Each dermatologist is free to refuse to participate in the study. For each dermatologist, 10 teenager inclusion forms were distributed. The first 10 teenagers aged 11 to 17 years old received in consultation were asked to fill in the form : the document was submitted before or during the consultation and the filling was immediate. |
