Additional information regarding sample selection. | A sample of 8,000 residences were drawn from the master sample. Half of the selected dwellings were panelised: 4,000 dwellings are “new entrants” and 4,000 have already been surveyed twelve months earlier, which means they will be visited a second time. All dwellings have an equal probability of being picked, except for vacant dwellings in the rural strata and second homes, which are deliberately under-represented. |
