Additional information regarding sample selection. | Three groups respectively covering: – musculoskeletal pain (MSP); – mixed-depressive disorder (MADD) – upper respiratory infections (URI). Physicians were divided into three groups: allopathic physician not regularly prescribing homoeopathy; homoeopathic physicians; physicians engaging in mixed practice who prescribe homoeopathy several times a week. |
