Details of collected declarative data The survey used a self-administered questionnaire that was completed in class at the beginning of the academic year, which included subject characteristics and risk factors. This was followed by a face-to-face questionnaire completed by the school nurses for each accident occurring during the academic year in the presence of the student involved. The students' anonymity is kept using a specific process. The nurse is aware of the student's name and anonymity number. However, they have no access to data and the research team does not know the name of the student.
