The objective is to provide a sample household survey on disability and health. It shall therefore help identify people likely to experience health problems and situations of disability or dependence, in order to over-represent in the health disability survey, a survey seeking to obtain a more precise and detailed knowledge of these issues.

General objective: to assess the prognostic value of a characteristic evaluation of gait in persons suffering from hip osteoarthritis for subsequent indications for total hip replacement. Analysis of the adaptation of locomotor activity as a prognostic criterion for future disease progression.

1. Improve our ability to offer early diagnosis and prevention through identification of valid biomarkers/ bio-signatures of three major mental disorders
2. Identify trajectories of patients moving across stages of disorder and behavioural indicators and biomarkers predecting risk and prognosis
3. Estimate utilization of services, healthcare, societal costs and quality of life of patients suffering from these three disorders
4. Allow national and international academic collaborators or industry partners to access cohort or data collected, to accelerate scientific progress.

The primary objective of this project is to describe the very long-term progression of Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (AJI) in children, from onset of the disease until adulthood that extends past the transition period. The follow-up will particular focus on joint disease activity as well as very long-term repercussions.- The secondary objectives will be to provide data relating to treatment effectiveness and tolerance, especially concerning the outcome for children intolerant to methotrexate and the monitoring children in biotherapy. - This follow-up will also aid articulation between research and practice by proposing further studies in 3 areas: o nursing research and therapeutic education o study of bone microarchitecture o study of endothelial function and vascular abnormalities
