Additional information regarding sample selection. Descriptive, observational, prospective, two-centre study.
Each patient attending an emergency department will be interviewed directly. Those agreeing to complete the questionnaire will attend an individual interview. An information letter on the study will be given to the patient before collecting their answers.
The patient may, at any time, express their objection to this study, and their personal data will then be erased.
Database objective
Main objective Compare the rate of patients forgoing care during the lockdown period in France, in emergency facilities at Angers and Le Mans hospitals, with that observed during a previous study in 2017.
Inclusion criteria All adult patients having attended the A&E department at Angers University Hospital and Le Mans Hospital, able and agreeing to complete the questionnaires directly or with the assistance of a translator.
