Physicians in the half-department of Yvelines Sud (via the DDASS for independent physicians and via health-care institutions for public physicians). 652 physicians (492 general practitioners, 82 independent psychiatrists, 78 public institution psychiatrists)
Database objective
Main objective To evaluate the impact, the suitability and the efficacy of the RPSM 78 network
Purpose of the network: to improve the provision of mental health care by improving the coordination between the actors involved in mental health across the country.
Inclusion criteria Open network based on the voluntary participation of all of the "professionals concerned with mental health" in the geographical area of Yvelines Sud (a half-department corresponding to health sector No. 9, which covers 650,000 residents)

Procedures
Data collection method Patients are enrolled by physicians who have been asked to enrol their general population patients, 15 years of age or older during the week established for the study (week number 12). The questionnaire requires approximately 30 minutes to be completed. It includes a "physician" section and a "patient" section, both to be completed by the practitioner.
