Purpose of the network: to improve the provision of mental health care by improving the coordination between the actors involved in mental health across the country. |

| Data collection method | Patients are enrolled by physicians who have been asked to enrol their general population patients, 15 years of age or older during the week established for the study (week number 12). The questionnaire requires approximately 30 minutes to be completed. It includes a "physician" section and a "patient" section, both to be completed by the practitioner. |
