Additional information regarding sample selection. | Thirty general practitioners (10 per département), randomly selected from the Health Insurance database (AMELI) to have have 60% men, 10% practising physicians in Sector 2, 30% in a rural setting and 20%, 40% and 40% in "affluent", "average" or "poor" areas respectively, as well as 30 specialists (gynaecologists, radiologists and gastroenterologists) were interviewed. |
