2) Develop a research program on the prognosis and the care of stroke in collaboration with the other neurovascular and coronary registers, as well as with the neurological teams of the CHRU (University Research Hospital) of Lille

3) Transmit the specific information and calculations as requested by the DDASS, DRASS and any partner that may be interested by the data on CVAs in France
