Additional information regarding sample selection. Cases : proposition of the study to all women having given birth to a premature child, alive, singleton, of less than 37 weeks of gestation (born between 22nd SA and 36th weeks +6 days), responding to inclusion criteria.Controls : randomly selected control for a case, in the same maternity unit than the case, among women having given birth at 37th weeks or more to an alive singleton child the same day or the following of the case, responding to inclusion criteria.

Main objective To study the relationship between maternal periodontitis and preterm birth, according to different causes of preterm birth
Inclusion criteria Adult, with at least 6 teeth, having given birth to an alive-born child between 22 and 36 completed weeks of gestation (case) or at 37 weeks or more (control), consenting
