- Random sample of 752 general practitioners, stratified by sex, region, practice type (individual / group).
- Refusal rate (based on eligible basis) : 42,3 %.
- Drop-out rate (based on eligible basis) : 3,0 %.
Database objective
Main objective • locate the opinions and the practices of the general practitioners regarding health environment and health at workplace
• know their degree of information and training(formation) in each of these domains, locate their information sources,
• estimate their opinions on the questions of environmental health, their perceptions of the risks, the frequency considered of various pathologies in their patientèle, their practices of location and their difficulties in diagnostics
• locate the complaints and requests of advice(councils) concerning problems of health environment formulated by the patients,

Regarding health at workplace, better know the pathologies met by the general practitioners:
• evoke the obstacles to the Declaration of occupational disease (DMP )
• arrest the inter-relations between general practitioners and occupationnal physicians
