Database objective
Main objective General objective: To assess the impact of therapeutic practices on the outcome of patients with acute myocardial infarction Secondary objective: to assess the impact of genetic polymorphisms on treatment efficacy and/or tolerance - to research post-MI prognostic biomarkers for morbidity and mortality - historical comparisons with French cohorts formed 5 and 10 years ago (1995 USIC, 2000 USUC, coordination: N. Danchin). - International comparison with similar cohorts in other countries (in particular Israel: ACSIS cohort and United Kingdom: MINAP project).
