Inclusion criteria Man or woman over the age of 18 years, Type-2 diabetes treated via oral diabetes medication monotherapy, Having a HbA1c rate ≥ 6.5%, A BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2, An abdominal obesity defined according to the NCEP/ATPIII criteria: Waist > 88 cm for women and > 102 cm for men,
Able to understand simple recommendations in terms of physical activity and complete a self-evaluation questionnaire
