Database objective
Main objective The main aim is to study patient mortality at 5 years and risk factors. Secondary aims are:
– to describe the characteristics in this patient population, their cancer and treatment methods;
– to estimate the survival rate at 1, 4 and 5 years;
– to compare data obtained with data from the KBP-2000-CPHG study (same study type, centre and patient recruitment methods, patient inclusion criteria and several common items in both questionnaires).
Inclusion criteria All patients with histological and cytological BPC diagnosed between 01 January and 31 December 2000 and 01 January and 31 December 2010. Patients monitored by the pulmonology unit in one of the general hospitals centres (GHC).
