Main objective General objective: - To study the effect of an exercise programme on the prevention of falls resulting in fractures or other serious physical trauma in elderly people. - To better understand the mechanisms of physical exercise. - To determine factors associated with programme adherence Secondary objective: Economic analysis of the programme
