Main objective Study the impact of vascular factors on dementia risk in the over 65 population.

Data collection method Questionnaires by the investigators and the psychologists (at inclusion and at each follow-up) - Examination (inclusion an follow-up) - At inclusion only: ECG and carotid ultrasound for people aged less than 85 years old - At inclusion and during the follow-up at 4 years: cerebral NMR imaging for people aged less than 80 years old (3500 subjects) - Blood samples at inclusion for all the cohort, and follow-up at 4 years for all the ancillary studies on a part of the cohort - Cross-analysis of the 3C file with the CNAMTS and PMSI databases: medicine consumption, other drugs consumption and hospitalization during all along the follow-up
