| Data collection method | Questionnaires by the investigators and the psychologists (at inclusion and at each follow-up) - Examination (inclusion an follow-up) - At inclusion only: ECG and carotid ultrasound for people aged less than 85 years old - At inclusion and during the follow-up at 4 years: cerebral NMR imaging for people aged less than 80 years old (3500 subjects) - Blood samples at inclusion for all the cohort, and follow-up at 4 years for all the ancillary studies on a part of the cohort - Cross-analysis of the 3C file with the CNAMTS and PMSI databases: medicine consumption, other drugs consumption and hospitalization during all along the follow-up |
