Main objective	Etudier la coagulopathie, la lésion vasculaire et les marqueurs de souffrance tissulaire pour caractériser l`aggravation des patients atteints du COVID-19 et permettre l'identification des populations de malades qui vont développer ou aggraver un processus thromboembolique ou microvasculaire mais également nécessiter une anticoagulation curative.
Inclusion criteria	Patients âgés d’au moins 18 ans Hospitalisés pour suspicion de COVID-19 en service de médecine ou de réanimation. Patients bénéficiaires d’un régime de sécurité sociale (hors AME) Patient ayant été informé de l’étude et ayant donné son consentement éclairé par écrit ou pour lequel un proche / personne de confiance a donné son accord
