Informations complémentaires concernant la constitution de l'échantillon | All patients between 13 and 18 years old requesting a “cannabis consultation” are seen by the research psychologist. After checking the inclusion criteria, the psychologist proposes the study to the patient and his/her family. If required, they may be given time to think about it and give their answer during a second consultation with the research psychologist. After reading the information sheet and signing their consent, the family is included in the randomised study and assigned to one of three therapies. The randomisation procedure is required by the European protocol.. The Urn Randomisation procedure is used (Stout 1994; Project Match). This is carried out by the research psychologist. |
Objectif de la base de données | |
Objectif principal |
To assess the interest in a specific therapy; Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) is given to adolescents who are misusing or addicted to cannabis.
To develop a therapeutic method in the European context, especially in France, that is effective in the field of adolescent addiction; to develop psychotherapy evaluation methods. |
Critères d'inclusion | Presenting with a diagnosis for cannabis abuse and addiction and to having at least one parent (or legal guardian) agreeing to participate in the treatment and study. It should be noted that the misuse of psychoactive substances, behavioural and/or psychiatric disorders often associated with cannabis do not constitute grounds for exclusion. |
