Seront inclus les patient ainsi définis venant consulter spontanément pour asthme pendant la période d’inclusion. Le refus de participer et l’association de l’asthme avec une BPCO sont des critères de non inclusion. Volet pneumo : Personnes asthmatiques prises en charge en pneumologie libérale présentes dans la patientèle des investigateurs de l’étude et répondant aux critères d’inclusion GP section: The eligible population is defined by all of the asthmatic patients over the age of 15 years who have consulted at least twice in the previous year and in whom an inhaled corticotherapy is in progress (at least one prescription in the last six months). Patients defined as such who come to consult spontaneously for asthma during the period of inclusion will also be included. Refusal to participate and the association of the asthma with an OCPD are criteria for non-inclusion. Le taux de sondage minimum permettant d’assurer une représentation de chacune des régions est de l’ordre de 4%, ce qui correspond à un échantillon de 101 pneumologues en France GP section: The investigating physicians will be the Thalès physicians accepting to participate in the study Pneumologist section: The investigating centers for the study will be obtained by random drawing stratified over the region. The minimum survey rate allowing for representation of each of the regions is about 4%, which corresponds to a sample of 101 pneumologists in France Volet MG :Les caractéristiques des patients seront recueillies au sein des données historiques présentes dans la base Thalès, puis à la visite d’inclusion et lors de toutes les visites survenant pendant la période de suivi. A chaque visite, le stade de sévérité des patients selon la classifications GINA clinique et thérapeutique sera évaluéPendant la période d’inclusion, à chaque consultation d’un patient éligible, l’étude lui sera proposée. Le cas échéant, le questionnaire informatique d’inclusion est rempli et le patient est inclus dans la cohorte. A chaque consultation effectuée pendant la période de suivi, un écran « pop-up » contenant le questionnaire de suivi apparaîtra sur l’ordinateur de l’investigateur.Volet pneumo :Les conditions d’utilisation des corticoïdes inhalés selon les stades de sévérité seront décrites au moyen de trois questionnaires : un questionnaire historique (données issues du dossier médical du patient), un questionnaire d’inclusion et un questionnaire de suivi qui seront implémentés sous forme informatique. Un quatrième questionnaire, auto administré relatif au contrôle de l’asthme sera complété par le patient à l’inclusion et lors de chaque visite durant le suivi. Le recueil des données sera réalisé sur support informatique via un site Internet sécurisé dédié à l’étude.
