Ils devaient recenser tous les patients ayant présenté une insuffisance surrénalienne et/ou un syndrome de Cushing sous corticoïdes inhalés au cours des années 2000 à 2005 Patients were selected by pulmonologists, pediatricians, endocrinologists and emergency physicians in metropolitan France who agreed to participate. Pour chaque cas ainsi déclaré, un second questionnaire était envoyé au médecin. Ce questionnaire était destiné à recueillir tous les traitements pris par le patient y compris les traitements par corticoïdes systémiques, ainsi que les éléments cliniques et biologiques susceptibles de préciser le diagnostic et les circonstances de survenue de ces évènements.
