Les objectifs secondaires sont : - de déterminer si l'apathie est liée à un aspect particulier de la maladie (symptomatologie positive ou négative) - de déterminer si l'apathie est corrélée à la dysfonction exécutive - de déterminer si l'apathie est associée avec un mécanisme spécifique, en utilisant une tâche expérimentale conçue spécialement dans le but de caractériser différents mécanismes ('a-motivation", "inertie cognitive" et "découplage") - de déterminer s'il y a une anormalité volumétrique qui affecte le système exécutif chez les patients schizophréniques apathiques - de lier ces éventuelles anormalités volumétriques aux circuits des noyaux gris centraux du cortex préfrontal en fonction du sous-type spécifique d'apathie dans le groupe de patients schizophréniques apathiques. Database objective : The main objective is to confirm that schizophrenic patients are apathetic compared to health volunteers. Secondary objectives: - to investigate if apathy is related to a particular aspect of the disease (i.e., negative or positive symptomatology); - to investigate if apathy correlates with executive dysfunction; - to investigate if apathy is associated with a specific mechanism using an experimental task specially designed to characterise different mechanisms (i.e., "a-motivation", "cognitive inertia", and "uncoupling"); - to investigate if there is a volumetric abnormality affecting the executive system in apathetic schizophrenic patients; - to link these possible volumetric abnormalities to the prefrontal cortex-basal ganglia circuits according to a specific apathy subtype within the apathetic schizophrenic group. 2012 Collecte des données active Current data collection France Service psychiatrique de l'hôpital Corentin Celton Psychiatric department in Corentin Celton Hospital Local individuel individuals Volontaires sains : - homme ou femme - agé de 20 à 55 ans inclus - couvert par l'assurance maladie Critères d'exclusion : - antécédents neurologiques - antécédent de traumatisme crânien - abus d'alcool ou de drogues - sous médication psychotrope - présentant une contre-indication pour une IRM Patients schizophrènes : - homme ou femme - âgé de 20 à 55 ans - couvert par l'assurance maladie - diagnostiqué de schizophrénie selon le critère DSM-IV R - durée de la maladie supérieure à 5 ans - stabilité clinique au cours des deux derniers mois (défini comme absence de modification du traitement ou hospitalisation deux mois avant l'évaluation) Critères d'exclusion : - trouble schizo-affectif - antécedents neurologiques (passé ou présent) - antécédent de traumatisme crânien - abus d'alcool ou de drogues - présentant une contre-indication pour une IRM Healthy volunteers: -Male or female; -Aged 20 to 55; -With health insurance. Exclusion criteria: -History of neurological disorder; -Previous head injury; -Alcohol or substance abuse; -On psychotropic medication; -Contraindication to MRI. Schizophrenia patients: -Male or female; -Aged 20 to 55; -With health insurance; -Daignosed as schizophrenic according to DSM-IV R criteria; -Illness with a duration of over 5 years; -Clinical stability during the past 2 months (defined as no treatment modification or hospitalisation 2 months prior to evaluation). Exclusion criteria: -Schizo-affective disorder; -History of neurological disorders (past or present); -Previous head injury; -Alcohol or substance abuse; -Contraindication to MRI.
